GDC’s GenPORT 3000 series is a comprehensive range of highly-featured TDM over
Ethernet / IP devices that deliver very high quality, completely transparent
T1/E1 circuits across different types of packet networks. These networks are
typically referred to as TDM over Ethernet, TDMoIP, CESoPSN or PWE3.
The GenPORT 3001 model provides a standard feature set in a robust single-port device that
supplies clock-locked clear channel or structured T1/E1 circuits over Ethernet, IP or MPLS
networks. It supports one T1/E1 circuit and can be used in pairs. The GenPORT 3001 interworks
with other GenPORT devices and is ideal in delivering a stable and accurately clocked T1/E1
leased line over packet networks.
Features Include:
- Configurable 1-port TDM over Ethernet T1/E1
- Configurable R-J45 120 Ohm or 75 Ohm via converter cable. Full T1/E1 or a fractional G.704
- 10/100/1GE UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair RJ45) interface to the WAN
- Local 10/100/1GE UTP Ethernet port
- Optional SFP cage for interface to a fiber network with the appropriate SFP module
- Management via RJ-12 console port or across the packet network
- IEC connector to quality internal AC power supply. (DC power options available)
- Highly-accurate and stable clock recovery processes
- Clock frequency stability performance can exceed standards for Traffic and Synchronization
requirements
- Clock recovery as close as 10ppb can be achieved
- "Tuneable" to different network types
- Excellent management, statistics and diagnostics
The GenPORT 3004 model provides a standard feature set in a robust four-port device that supplies
clock-locked clear channel or structured T1/E1 circuits over Ethernet, IP or MPLS networks.
It supports up to four E1/T1s and can be used in pairs. The GenPORT 3004 interworks with other
GenPORT devices and is ideal in delivering stable and accurately clocked T1/E1 leased lines
over packet networks

Features Include:
- Configurable 4-port TDM over Ethernet T1/E1
- Configurable R-J45 120 Ohm or 75 Ohm via converter cable. Full T1/E1 or a fractional G.704
- 10/100/1GE UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair RJ45) interface to the WAN
- Local 10/100/1GE UTP Ethernet port
- Optional SFP cage for interface to a fiber network with the appropriate SFP module
- Management via RJ-12 console port or across the packet network

GDC’s GenPORT 3300 series of T1/E1/V.34/X.21 multiplexers is a comprehensive range of
highly-featured TDM over Ethernet/IP devices that deliver very high quality, completely
transparent T1/E1 and V.35/X.21 circuits across different types of packet networks.
These networks are typically referred to as TDM over Ethernet, TDMoIP, CESoPSN or PWE3.
The GenPORT 3300 series employs a compact 2RU chassis that houses a variety of power,
uplink and TDM modules suitable for diverse environments and applications. Up to 32 TDM
ports are supported in 8-port increments.

The GenPORT 3300 provides a standard feature set in a robust multiplexing device that supplies
clock-locked clear channel or structured T1/E1 and/or V.35/X.21 circuits over Ethernet,
IP or MPLS networks. GenPORT 3300 devices interwork with other GenPORT devices and is ideal
in delivering stable and accurately clocked E1/T1 and/or V.35/X.21 leased lines over packet networks.
Features Include:
- Standard single AC or DC power supply; can be optionally fitted with dual “hot-swappable” units
for resilience. Any combination of PSUs is possible.
- Supports links to up to 128 different GenPORT devices
- Supports full or fractional channelized T1/E1
- Supports clear-channel G.703
- Supports G.704 grooming
- Supports V.35/X.21 N*64kbps to 2.048Mbps
- Supports External clock sources
- Support for LACP, RSTP
- Supports link “backup” for resilience
- Supports multiple UTP and fiber (SFPs)
- Supports jumbo packets
- Highly-accurate and stable clock recovery processes
maintain end-to-end synchronization
- Clock frequency stability performance can exceed standards for Traffic and
Synchronization requirements
- Enhanced Multicast clocking mode for larger networks
- Compact 2RU chassis supports optional cooling fans
for Extended Temperature environments
- "Tuneable" to different network types
- Excellent management, statistics and diagnostics
